Made from tongue and groove shiplap board on 44mm x 29mm planed framework, the roof and floor
are 12.5mm x 120mm tongue and grooved V board, the door is ledged and braced hung on three
ornamental hinges, secured with magnetic catches and all glazing is perspex. This Playhouse is
two storey and includeds bunk beds and a ladder. Although installation can be arranged our
flat pack Playhouses are easy to assemble and supplied with fixtures, fittings & roofing felt.
